- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst bank, worst customer service. Went there during lunch when normal people take care of their errands and was told that the only personal banker there was on lunch and will be back in 30 mins but we can come back or go to their Olympia Fields location. If I am on lunch, how do I have the time to come back in 30 minutes or to go to a different location. It's a Friday and they have one personal banker. Really?
